The hotel lobby and downstairs areas were beautiful and modern. The customer service was great and the food was really good. The bed was super comfy. Room service also did an excellent job.
My room, was very outdated, carpets need to be replaced, and the sink is way too small. A/C was poor (had to run at 65 all the time, and room was still hot). Very musty & moldy smell in room. Restaurants & Market hours; no business center (printer).

I loved the stay here. Location: the hotel was next to the cafe, Houston. The onsite bar was great and the staff were helpful.

Great breakfast buffet or menu. Location right on I10 was good and almost walk to MD Anderson West Houston Location. Impeccably clean.
No bell captain but did have valet parking. After check in I realized there is covered overnight self parking that enters building from rear straight down to elevators.

I spent 13 nights here and loved that. It was a stunningly beautiful and excellent hotel in a great area. The staff were accommodating and made me feel comfortable. Deluxe king room I stayed at was cool.

Every time we stay in Houston, like to stay here. The place is upscale and fairly clean. The hotel staff is best and competent. A triple room where the bathtub had a leak has basic facilities you need. In addition to astonishing breakfast, the friendly service is offered.

The friendly and helpful staff. The outdated room decor and lack of amenities, like a microwave, left something to be desired 😕

It was nice and clean and everything we had to move to another room because the toilet wouldn't flush and the water was running out of the sink out of a pipe but they did get us moved and everything was OK
They debited my debit card after I paid for The room in full online They debited my account for another $100 and then they said that was incidentals then at that night they debited it again for $30 and some change I went down there and they said that

The decor was just beautiful, and we enjoyed the little river with koi fish inside. Breakfast was delicious too! It's conveniently close to visit family, and we appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Plus, the hospitality was great. When we had an issue with our room, they quickly gave us another one.

The hotel features a beautiful interior with a nice ambiance, particularly in the lobby, inviting. The WiFi was disappointingly slow and unusable , prompting me to rely on my cellular data for connectivity. While the breakfast options were excellent and the front desk staff were accommodating, the overall experience was marred by the ongoing internet issues and a lack of timely maintenance responses.
